EU’s Timmermans: EU will defend single market integrity in dealing with Irish border issue

European Commission First Vice President Timmermans Frans Timmermans recently crossed the wires repeating that the EU will defend the single market integrity when dealing with the Irish border issue. “The EU is ready to work with the UK government to improve the withdrawal agreement or the political declaration,” Timmermans added.
