Eurogroup President Mario Centeno was on wires recently. Mr. Centeno shed lights on the anticipated Eurogroup budget while saying:
A future euro area budget would be a complement to monetary policy and would also add a new instrument to the eurozone’s toolkit.
It should also be noted that Eurozone lawmakers have so far given little details of such a budget.
