Fed’s Bullard: Would not rule out a rate cut later in the year

Adding to his earlier dovish comments James Bullard, president of the St. Louis Federal Reserve, said that he would not rule out a rate cut later this year.

Bullard today argued that a rate cut could become a more attractive option if inflation continued to disappoint. Last week, Bullard told  German daily Handelsblatt that he will get more aggressive in pushing FOMC to lower rates.
