ITV’s Political Correspondent, Paul Brand, tweeted out last minutes, citing a No 10 source saying – “we can expect minor cabinet reshuffle tomorrow with more substantial reshuffle post-Brexit. Second reading of Withdrawal Bill next Friday with the budget in March”.
