The oil market is seen unbalanced in Q1 and Q2 of this year, OPEC’s Secretary-General Mohammed Barkindo said on Wednesday.

He added that Iraq and Nigeria are showing better oil output cuts compliance.

On the above headlines, oil prices have turned positive, with WTI back on the 59 handle while Brent regains $65 level.
