In a formal restatement of the intention to nominate that was originally made six months ago on Twitter, US President Donald Trump is to nominate Judy Shelton, Waller for Fed board. The nominations haven’t been sent to the Senate but presumably will be sent soon. Shelton would fill a term expiring in four years. Waller’s would expire in 10 years.
