Fed’s George: Global economy may have some contagion risk to US

Speaking to CNBC on the sidelines at the Jackson Hole Symposium, Kansas Fed President Esther George reiterated that President Trump’s comments on the Fed’s monetary policy wouldn’t influence her vote on rate hikes and added that the global economy could have some contagion risk to the U.S.
