Australia ruling Liberal party to hold meeting on leadership at 0220 GMT – Sky News

Sky News reports that the Australian ruling Liberal party is scheduled to hold a meeting on leadership at 0220 GMT.

Markets are speculating that a new Prime Minister (PM) would be soon announced after the meeting.

The strong contenders for the PM position are the challenger Peter Dutton, Treasurer Scott Morrison and Foreign Minister Julie Bishop.
