The Global Times is out with analysts’ take on the US’ softened stance on China’s Huawei technology company, citing:

“US’ move to relax ban on @Huawei a goodwill gesture as officials talk on phone to get ready for resuming #tradetalks, but that’s not enough to show the US’ sincerity in the trade talks and concrete actions are needed on the US side.”
