China registered a current account deficit of USD 28.3 billion in the January-June period, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) said Monday in an online statement, according to Xinhua News Agency.
The world’s second-largest economy posted a services deficit of USD 147.3 billion, up from USD 73.6 billion three months earlier.
The nation logged a goods trade surplus of USD 115.9 billion in the firs half of this year and it financial account maintained net inflows of USD 18.2 billion.
