Iran OilMin: May ask for extraordinary OPEC meeting

Iranian Oil Minister Bijan Zangeneh, as quoted by Shana news agency, is said to have sent a letter of complaint to OPEC on JMMC (Joint OPEC/Non-OPEC Ministerial Monitoring Committee) fault and may ask for extraordinary OPEC meeting.
