EU’s Barnier: Latest deadline for Brexit deal is November

Headlines continue to pour in from a joint Brexit press conference in Brussels, with the EU’s chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier now saying that the latest deadline for Brexit deal is November though there is a possibility to reach a deal on orderly Brexit withdrawal by October.
