UK’s Lidington: EU and UK are 85% on the way to a Brexit agreement

The UK parliamentary member David Lidington was out on the wires in the last hour, saying that the EU and UK are 85% on the way to a Brexit agreement and Irish border is the only outstanding Brexit issue.

He was further noted saying that the UK PM Theresa May is very committed to a Chequers deal.
