UK Chancellor Hammond: Expect some turbulence in financial service business if we leave EU without deal

The UK Chancellor Philip Hammond recently crossed the wires saying that they were expecting some turbulence and issues in the financial service sector if they were to leave the EU without a deal.

Hammond further added that the budget timing was complicated by the unknown timing of a possible special EU council in November.
