EU’s Juncker: Italy not keeping its word on budget

Italy is not keeping its word on the budget, says European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker during a Le Monde Interview.

He was further quoted saying that progress still needed to find Brexit accord but expects to reach an agreement on Brexit.
