Russia’s Novak: Oil market is currently in balance

Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak recently crossed the wires saying that Russia was ready to continue cooperation with OPEC and non-OPEC oil producers and argued that the oil market was in balance. “There are other investors interested in Novatek’s Arctic lng 2 apart from Saudi Aramco,” Novak added.
