British Cabinet Secretary Davis Lidington has recently crossed the news wires stating that the Brexit withdrawal agreement had not been finalised yet, as reported by LiveSquawk. Earlier in the hour, Bloomberg claimed that the Cabinet was expecting the backstop text to be completed today.
