Reuters reports the following comments from the German Finance Minister Scholz:

Eurozone budget would help stabilise Eurozone and Europe.

We hope Britain draft deal but want to ensure no economic damage for Britain and EU.

It is right that in December we agree on the next big steps for Europe.
