China considering lowering tariffs on US car imports – China Daily

According the Chinese official newspaper, China Daily, the Chinese authorities are considering lowering the tariffs on the cars they import from the US.

This comes after the US President Trump tweeted: “China has agreed to reduce and remove tariffs on cars coming into China from the US. Currently the tariff is 40%.”
