Analysts at TD Securities suggest that in the UK the focus is going to be on the first of five 8-hour days of debate that begins later today (by 11:30am ET) in the House of Commons, but will be preceded by a vote on a motion of Contempt of Parliament on the government’s failure to publish the Attorney General’s full legal advice on the Withdrawal Agreement.
