Iraqi Oil Min.: Expect fall in oil prices to stop and prices to rise over time

Iraqi Oil Minister Thamir Ghadhban was out on the wires in the last hour, via Reuters, saying that oil would have fallen below $50/barrel mark without the OPEC cuts deal. He now expects oil prices to stop falling and to rise over time.
