In a recently published article, The Washington Post reported that U.S. President Donald Trump was not expected to declare a national emergency during his address to the nation on Tuesday night. Earlier today, Vice President Pence told CNBC that he expected the President to explain to the American people that there is a humanitarian and security crisis at the southern border.
