CNN reviewed the “internal documents” and cited that the White House is preparing draft national emergency order and has identified $7 billion for the border wall.
It’s worth noting that the US President Trump is said to be asking for a ‘down payment’ on the wall to support the bill.
Meanwhile, Reuters reported earlier today that another bill to re-open the US government is set for a vote later on Thursday.
