ECB’s Praet: QE is still part of the ECB toolbox

Further comments are out from the European Central Bank (ECB) outgoing Chief Economist Peter Praet, as he now says that the ECB’s toolbox is not empty at all.

Praet added that quantitative easing (QE) is still part of the toolbox.
