Germany’s Maas: No one within EU wants a hard brexit

German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas recently crossed the wires saying that no one within the EU wanted a hard Brexit. “As long as no solution is found for the backstop, it will be hard to change the Brexit agreement,” Maas added.
