ECB’s Draghi to EU leaders: Markets not fully pricing in no-deal Brexit risk – Reuters

Citing several senior EU officials, Reuters reported that European Central Bank President Mario Draghi last week at the EU summit in Brussels told the EU leaders that markets were not fully pricing in the risk of a no deal Brexit.
