UAE OilMin Al Mazroui: OPEC+ output levels may change if the market needs it

The UAE Energy Minister Suhail Al Mazroui was on the wires last minutes, via Reuters, noting that the OPEC+ members who do not cut enough oil output get calls.

He added that OPEC+ output levels may change if the market needs it while saying that if there is no OPEC, there would not be balance in the market.
