PM May, (sounding very tired – it’s now nearly 0300 in Brussels) is now taking questions over her agreement with the EU to extend Article 50 until 31st October.
Earlier, EU’s Tusk and Junker held a presser:

Key notes:
- Wants the UK to leave the EU as soon as possible.
- The EU has agreed that, if the withdrawal agreement is passed before the end of October, it will be able to leave. So if it can be passed in the first three weeks of May, the UK will be able to leave on 1 June.
- Says she will make a statement to MPs tomorrow. And talks with Labour will continue.
- Says it will not be easy. But MPs have a duty to break the deadlock.
