Huawei: US equipment ban is unconstitutional

Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., a Chinese multinational technology company, has reportedly asked a federal court in Texas to rule the equipment ban placed by the Trump admministration as unconstituional.

The Trump administration moved to punish Huawei on national security grounds earlier this month. Huawei has been placed on on a trade blacklist that would prevent US companies from working with the Chinense technnology giant without seeking governmenrt approval.
