Italy’s Conte: Will do utmost to avoid EU procedure against italy

Italian Prime Minister (PM) Giuseppe Conte crossed the wires in the last minutes reiterating that he will do “utmost” to avoid the EU procedure against Italy. “Higher than expected tax revenue prompts optimism,” Conte said and added that 2019 account figures will be better than expected despite lackluster H1.
