ECB’s Nowotny: Don’t think there is a need to restart QE

The outgoing ECB governing council member, Ewald Nowotny, in an interview with Profil magazine, sounded cautious against resuming QE and doubted if additional monetary stimulus will be able to deliver significant boost the economy.

We have to learn how to live with lower growth and inflation rates, Nowotny added further.
