The Trump administration is focusing on protocols to keep factories open amid coronavirus, White House trade adviser Navarro told Fox News on Monday, as reported by Reuters. Navarro further added that screening workers is among the protocols they are looking into.

Market reaction

Risk-on flows dominate the financial markets on Monday. As of writing, the Euro Stoxx 50 and Germany’s DAX 30 were up 2% and 2.5%, respectively. Moreover, US stock index futures are rising around 1% to confirm the upbeat market mood.
