According to the latest headline floating on the wires, the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will hold a news conference at noon Eastern Time (1600 GMT) to discuss the new trade deal settlement on the North American Free Trade Agreement, renamed the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
