Coronavirus update US: Arizona cases rise by 2,107 to 165,934

The latest data published by Arizona’s health department showed that the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the state rose by 2,107 to a total of 165,934 on Tuesday, as reported by Reuters.

Further details of the report revealed that COVID-19-related fatalities rose by 104 to 3,408 and the current hospitalizations fell by 62 to 2,564.

Market reaction

This report doesn’t seem to be having a significant impact on market reaction. As of writing, the S&P 500 Index (SPX) was virtually unchanged on a daily basis at 3,240.
