Did Bullard hint of an excellent NFP report?

James Bullard may be a friend of dollar bulls, and not for the first time. The president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Saint Louis offered a bullish view on the US economy and explicitly said that the “jobless rate far better than expected in September”.
