ECB Preview: no news is good news for Draghi, bad

Draghi recently told us that the QE program will be examined. Markets thought of more instruments and perhaps an infinite end-date, but the taper-talk rattled the euro. Nevertheless, the biggest movers for the euro came from outside the continent. Draghi would probably be wise to continue letting the euro fall, supporting attempts to lift inflation.
