Sports and forex trading go well together. FXPro, which already sponsors football (soccer) clubs in the UK’s premiership league and also in Formula One racing, just announced that will sponsor Monaco FC, which is a senior team in the French league.
FXPro is based in Cyprus and has offices in various places worldwide, including the French town of Nice. This sponsorship will enhance FXPro’s exposure to French customers and also to other European customers, as Monaco FC regularly participates in Europe’s various leagues.

22 March 2011, Monaco: FxPro Financial Services Ltd (FxPro), a leading global broker in FX and CFDs today announces it has agreed a deal to be the official partner of one of Europe’s most prestigious football clubs.
FxPro has recently signed agreements with AS Monaco FC, via Monaco Sportcom its marketing agency, to be official partner until the end of the 2011/2012 season. FxPro’s branding will be displayed on the team shirt and around the club’s historic Stade Louis II stadium.
AS Monaco based in Fontvieille, a district in the Principality of Monaco was founded in 1924 and currently play in Ligue 1, the top flight of French football. It is Monaco’s only professional football club and has won seven league titles and five Coupe de France trophies – and also regularly competes in European football having been runners-up in both the UEFA Cup Winners Cup and UEFA Champions League in 1992 and 2004, respectively.
