South Korea’s unification ministry official quoted North Korean delegates as saying during the high-level talks that the two Koreas hold a joint celebration of the anniversary of a historic 2000 inter-Korean summit this month in South Korea.
In an evidence of more conciliatory moves from the Korean peninsula, South Korea suggested a joint liaison office in Gaeseong, a North Korean city.
The South also proposed joint railway, eco project study with North Korea.
