S. Korean President Moon: North Korea, US in behind the scenes talks over third Summit

South Korean President Moon is on the wires now, via Reuters, noting that North Korea and US are considering holding the Third Summit.

This comes as a surprise after North Korea said earlier today that it won’t surrender to US-led sanctions while adding that the US extension of sanctions is an extreme act of hostility.
