SNB leaves key rate unchanged at -0.75%, USD/CHF unfazed near 0.9925-30 region

The Swiss National Bank (SNB) board members, at the quarterly monetary assessment held this Thursday, decided to leave the benchmark sight deposit rate unchanged at -0.75%.

The central bank maintained the 3-Month Libor Target Range steady between -1.25% to -0.25%, as widely expected.

Meanwhile, the USD/CHF pair moved little and held steady near the very important 200-day SMA, around the 0.9925-30 region post-the SNB policy announcement.
