Even if the immediate threat to the UK PM Theresa May’s leadership was recently being rejected by the 1922 committee, the BBC came out with news which conveys that the Clwyd South constituency members voted overwhelmingly for a motion of no confidence in Theresa May on Wednesday.
The news report said, 88.8% said they had no confidence, while just 3.7% had confidence and 7.4% abstained.
It was further noted in the news report that the voting follows a call by more than 70 local Conservative association chiefs for an extraordinary general meeting to discuss Mrs. May’s leadership.
