Trading Directly From MetaTrader 4 Charts Introduced by Admiral

Admiral Markets presents a new and interesting feature: visual chart trading through its version of MetaTrader 4. Forex traders can place orders, manage Stop Loss and Take Profit orders directly from the charts.

Admiral Markets recently introduced  MetaTrader 5 on live accounts. For more about the new feature, here is more information from the press release:

Tallinn – January 14, 2013 – One of a kind: The international online Forex and CFD broker Admiral Markets Group revolutionizes visual chart trading. The online trading provider is the first one worldwide to introduce a unique new chart trading tool to its version of the MetaTrader 4 trading platform, the Admiral Markets MT4 Supreme Edition – and becomes the first company to allow real trading from the chart on MT4: Traders can manage Stop-Loss or Take-Profit limits, close orders, initiate or cancel pending orders directly in the chart, making Forex trading for retail customers faster and easier than ever before.

“This new tool introduces the next generation of visual chart trading”, says Dmitri Laush, Executive Vice President of the Admiral Markets Group. “Being the first one to offer these features built in the MetaTrader 4, the Admiral Markets Group leads the progress in the field of retail Forex trading.” With the upgraded Admiral Markets MT4 Supreme Edition, Stop-Loss and Take-Profit limits are visualized as lines and can be modified directly in the chart, by moving them with the mouse. Even diagonal trendlines can be set as Stop-Loss or Take-Profit limits. The innovative features also include the possibilities to close existing orders as well as alter or cancel pending orders by a move of the mouse. The upgraded platform easily runs several charts on one underlying instrument, allowing for true multi-chart trading.

“The upgrade was developed on customer request”, explains Laush. “The Admiral Markets Group operates in 35 countries, and provides close support to its clients all over the globe. Many of them asked for more chart trading options and used external Expert Advisors for that purpose.” MetaTrader 4, the most popular and most widespread platform for trading Forex worldwide, does not provide any solution by default. Additional software, so called Expert Advisors, is available on the internet, but for most parts contains errors and is difficult to handle. In response, a tool was developed to meet this demand: “The chart trading upgrade is well-engineered, runs flawlessly and is easy to use, thus excelling all freely available Expert Advisors”, Laush says. “This innovation makes the Admiral Markets Group the vanguard of visual chart trading.”

The additional features are integrated into the Admiral Markets MT4 Supreme Edition download by default, starting from today. Clients who use earlier versions of the trading platform can easily upgrade their MetaTrader 4 by downloading the update. The downloads are available on the Admiral Markets Group’s website.
