Former finance minister of Greece Yanis Varoufakis continues his global tour and visits Barcelona ahead of the Brexit referendum as well as the elections in Spain. Varoufakis has been in the forefront of European politics in 2015 and now leads a movement called DIEDM25 – Democracy in Europe.

Here is a live blog of his talk at the Faculty of Economics in the University of Barcelona. He is speaking alongside Gerardo Pisarello and Lucia Martin in an event called Un pla per a Europa. He will appear also tomorrow with Barcelona Mayor Ada Colau:
