Coinbase, the San Francisco-based cryptocurrency exchange, landed on LinkedIn’s “Top Companies 2019″ list. In the process, they became the only crypto company which made the list. The list titled “Top Companies 2019: Where the U.S. wants to work now,” Coinbase placed 35 out of 50. The ranking was done according to the following criteria:
- Interest in the company
- Employee engagement by executives
- Demand for available jobs.
- Employee retention rate.
Alphabet, the parent company of Google and YouTube, topped the list with Facebook, Amazon, Salesforce, and Deloitte rounding off the top 5. Coinbase made the LinkedIn’s list last year as well when they counted down the top 50 startups to work for. Back then, Ripple and Gemini had also made the list to represent the crypto space.
