One of the world’s largest travel companies is now taking a big step into the world of cryptocurrency. Corporate Traveller, a division of Flight Centre Travel Group, headquartered in Australia, has now begun to accept payments using cryptocurrencies.
Corporate Traveller secured a strategic partnership with BitPay, a blockchain crypto payment processor. It will facilitate the company to start accepting Bitcoin (BTC) and cryptocurrency payments for bookings on the platform.
The UK General Manager at the company, Andy Hegley, commented on the announcement and said:
