Tron (TRX) now accepted as a payment method on BitTorrent  and µTorrent

  • BitTorrent and µTorrent are accepting TRX, BTC and BNB as payment methods.
  • TRX/USD fighting to stay above the $0.01 price mark, trading down 1% late Tuesday.

BitTorrent and µTorrent will now accept payments in cryptocurrency. Customers can purchase their Ads Free and Pro packages, paying with crypto. The accepted tokens will be; TRX, BTC and BNB. As covered via Tron’s Medium blog post.

CoinPayments.net, a integrated payment gateway provide, specializing in digital currencies, assisted BitTorrent in introducing the company being able to now deal in cryptocurrencies with its users.

TRX/USD trading down a modest 1% in the latter stages of trading on Tuesday. Buyers are defending with all their power the psychological $0.01 mark. Tron is the 12th largest cryptocurrency by market cap, seen at $766 million.
